Pricing: $75 per 60-minute session, booked and paid through Calendly.




Pricing
Because every business is different, pricing is based on the scope of work, the complexity of your systems and workflows, and the level of support involved. Before any work begins, I take the time to understand what is needed so I can recommend the right approach and provide pricing that is fair, accurate, and aligned with the work itself.
Services generally fall into three categories: short-term projects, ongoing support, and hourly consulting.
Short-Term Projects
Focused engagements designed to assess, improve, or build specific parts of your support function. This includes Support Audits, Support Systems & Workflow Design, SOP & Knowledge Base Development, and Training.
Ongoing Support
Longer-term engagements for businesses that need continued leadership or direct support. This includes Fractional Leadership and Embedded Customer Support.
Hourly Consulting
For founders who want occasional guidance, troubleshooting, or strategic support without committing to a larger project or ongoing engagement. These sessions are booked through Calendly and paid at the time of booking.


How Pricing is Calculated
Pricing is shaped by the type of work, the condition of your current systems, and the level of support required.
For project-based work, that may include the scope of the project, the systems involved, the amount of cleanup, optimization, or documentation needed, and whether implementation, collaboration, or training is part of the engagement.
For ongoing support, pricing is usually influenced by support volume, channels involved, the complexity of customer needs, and the level of day-to-day ownership required.
Every engagement is scoped individually so you know what is included, what to expect, and how the work will be approached before anything begins. That process also allows me to ensure I have the time and capacity to fully commit to the work. I care deeply about doing thoughtful, high-quality work, and that means being careful not to overcommit. For me, part of providing fair pricing means making sure I can give each client the attention, thoughtfulness, and follow-through they deserve.


Payments & Invoicing
Payment terms are kept clear and straightforward, and are always confirmed in writing before work begins.
For project-based work, an upfront deposit is typically required, with the remaining balance invoiced according to the agreed scope, timeline, and payment schedule.
For ongoing services, invoices are generally issued monthly in advance of the service period.
Hourly consulting sessions are booked through Calendly and paid in full at the time of booking.
All invoices are issued through Stripe, where payments can be securely made online.
