About
At Design Your Support, I help e-commerce founders build customer support that works better behind the scenes, feels better for customers, and becomes more sustainable as the business grows.
With more than a decade of hands-on experience, I bring more than ticket coverage. Since 2013, I’ve worked across e-commerce and service-based businesses, building deep experience in systems, workflows, documentation, team support, and support operations. That experience allows me to see the bigger picture, strengthen the foundation behind support, and help businesses create systems that actually work.
While it can be tempting to hire someone simply to answer emails or clear tickets, support needs more than coverage alone. Without the right structure behind it, what starts as a manageable inbox can quickly become unclear processes, inconsistent responses, scattered systems, and too much dependence on the founder. Over time, support becomes something the business is trying to keep up with rather than something intentionally built to support it well. That's where I come in.
Depending on the business, that may mean improving workflows, optimizing systems, building documentation, supporting a team, or stepping in hands-on. But the value I bring is not just extra help. It is the perspective of an experienced support professional who can identify what is not working and help build something stronger.
My approach is practical, thoughtful, and collaborative. I care about building support that not only works on paper, but works in real life for the business, the customer, and the people doing the work.
Because great support is built by design, not by accident.

Let's Connect
If what you’ve read feels like the kind of support your business needs, I’d love to connect. Whether you already know what kind of help you’re looking for or you’re still figuring out where the gaps are, we can talk through what’s going on and what kind of support might make the most sense. There’s no pressure — just a thoughtful conversation about your business, your needs, and whether working together feels like the right fit. If it does, wonderful. If it doesn’t, that’s completely okay too.
